Delivery Charges

We do free delivery in the UK. Delivery charges might apply for orders from Nothern Ireland.

When will I get my item(s)?

We manufacture our furniture when you place your order to keep the prices down. We believe the quality of the design, the beautiful build and the unbeatable price are worth the wait.

We also work with our manufacturers to reduce lead times and avoid delays, so it's not unusual for customers to receive their orders sooner than we've estimated. We aim for items to arrive at your door 8 - 10 weeks after placing an order . The lead time depends on where an item is made.

After you buy: Once you've placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email telling you how long we expect delivery to take.

If you've placed an order, please log in and go to 'My orders' for the latest update on where your item is.

How will my item(s) be delivered?

When you place an order, we tell our manufacturers in Turkey send them as soon as possible. After the products arrives into our dispatch centre, we will send you a confirmation mail saying that your furniture arrived in the UK. Then our delivery team will contact you to schedule best time for you to deliver your items. On delivery date, our delivery team will contact you before one hour they will come to your house. After we deliver your items, our assembly team will also assemble your new furniture completely free of charge.

If you place bespoke furniture order, the delivery time might change as our manufactures have to find the best source to craft your new furniture.

Can I track the progress of my order?

Yes, on your account page we will update your order status as long as it changes. You can also contact our operation team on 0208 340 20 30 to discuss about your order directly one of our operation team members.

If I order several items, will they be delivered at the same time?

Yes, we will deliver all of your orders at the sametime.

Can I change my delivery address?

Of course, simply login to your account and change your address details. You can also contact us over phone to make any changes about your delivery address.

It's been longer than the estimated lead time and I still haven't received my order, what should I do?

Firstly, we'd like to apologise. We work hard with our manufacturers to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about as and when they arise. If you've been waiting longer than you should have and you haven't heard from us , please log in and go to 'My orders' to track your items, or get in touch with us and we'll give you the latest info.
